Everything was a little off sync and that character were just tweening all over the place. Some sounds were missing. But this being your first flash, it's awesome :)

Try less tweening and more layers and animating

It was pretty funny. but the animation wasn't all that great, Improove on that and add voice acting and it'll be awesome
